Description For Support Engineer

BrainHi is seeking a Support Engineer to join their team in a full-time, on-site capacity at their Guaynabo, Puerto Rico location. This role is part of the Operations department and will focus on providing technical support and maintaining backend systems. The position offers an opportunity to work directly from the company's main office, allowing for direct collaboration with the team and immediate access to resources. As a Support Engineer, you will be responsible for addressing technical issues, maintaining systems, and ensuring smooth operations of the company's technical infrastructure.
