• Strong public speaking and presentation skills, with experience in delivering technical content to diverse audiences
• Familiarity with the game development lifecycle and experience with game development tools and technologies
• Solid understanding of blockchain technology and its applications in gaming
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Passion for fostering a vibrant and inclusive developer community
• 2+ year in developer relations or developer community lead role
• Experience organizing and leading developer events such as hackathons, meetups, or conferences
• Exposure in game development, with hands-on experience in creating games or digital assets
• Knowledge of smart contracts, decentralized applications (dApps), and related blockchain technologies
