Onboarding Engineer

The Onboarding Engineer will work directly with customers in conjunction with Project Management to help define, design, and build solution growth as well as accelerate the necessary changes to existing customer deployments. This role is pivotal in securing customer satisfaction and success by demonstrating our willingness to understand and guide our customers, providing insight to customer issues and possible solutions that should ensure technical function using approved industry methodology and best practices.

Requirements include 4-6 years in related Cyber Security & SaaS roles, hands-on experience with Vulnerability Scanning & Management tools, familiarity with scripting languages like Java, Python or Groovy, and basic data analysis and visualization experience. The ideal candidate should have excellent problem-solving skills, communication skills, and a thorough understanding of APIs and technical integrations.
