Brixio is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Mid-Senior Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer to join their team. The role involves ensuring the overall quality of the entire system, focusing on both manual and automated testing. The QA Engineer will be responsible for validating the performance, scalability, and reliability of all system components across multiple platforms, including web, mobile, and kiosk applications.
Key responsibilities include:
- Designing, developing, and executing manual and automated test cases
- Collaborating with development, product, and operations teams
- Conducting system-wide testing, including API, integration, and end-to-end testing
- Utilizing Katalon Studio with Cucumber and Cypress for automated test scripts
- Performing load and performance testing
- Documenting and tracking software defects
- Participating in code reviews
- Contributing to continuous process improvements
The ideal candidate should have:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3-5 years of experience in software testing
- Hands-on experience with Katalon Studio, Cucumber, and Cypress
- Strong understanding of API testing and tools like Postman, JMeter
- Proficiency in test management tools and version control systems
- Experience with performance and load testing
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred qualifications include experience in the driving license application domain, mobile application testing, DevOps and CI/CD pipelines, ISTQB certification, and good experience in SQL queries.
