Project Engineer - Steel Industry

Brixio is seeking a Project Engineer for the Steel Industry, based in Sharjah, UAE. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 years of experience in the UAE, specifically in Steel Structure Installation, Metal Works, and Chain-link Fence Installation.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading project planning and implementation
• Maintaining control on costs, quality, and timelines
• Defining project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Managing project budgets, resource allocation, and schedules
• Coordinating with teams and suppliers
• Ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards
• Overseeing site operations, including raising inspections and maintaining EHS procedures
• Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors
• Preparing technical documentation and reports
• Coordinating between site and production teams

The role requires strong project management and leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a proven track record in managing steel structure and metal works projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring successful project delivery within budget and deadlines while maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
