Description For Senior Odoo Lead Developer
Brixio is seeking a Senior Odoo Lead Developer with extensive experience in Odoo development and implementation. This role requires a strong technical background in Python, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, with specific expertise in Odoo framework and modules. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in eCommerce and Finance/Accounting module implementations, particularly in Revenue Management Systems. Working remotely from the Philippines or on-site in UAE, you'll be responsible for developing and maintaining Odoo modules, implementing complex business solutions, and ensuring high-quality deliverables. The position demands strong technical skills combined with business process understanding and excellent communication abilities. This is a contract position with a minimum duration of 5 months, potentially renewable, working on a schedule of 1:00 PM-10:00 PM (PHT) Mon-Fri or 9:00 AM-6:00 PM (UAE).
Responsibilities For Senior Odoo Lead Developer
- Develop and maintain Odoo modules
- Implement eCommerce and Finance/Accounting modules
- Work with Revenue Management System
- Manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Work independently and as part of a team
Requirements For Senior Odoo Lead Developer
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in Odoo development
- Proven experience in developing and maintaining Odoo modules
- Proficiency in Odoo framework and development
- Strong knowledge of Python, XML, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL
- Experience with Odoo.sh and Odoo Studio
- Proficiency in at least one additional stack such as Java, .NET, or Node.js
- Experience in eCommerce with Finance/Accounting module implementation
- Certification in Odoo
- Experience in business process analysis and improvement
- Familiarity with DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
