Solution Integration & Operations Engineer (Saudi National)

We are seeking a Solution Integration & Operations Engineer (Saudi National) to join our DelOps Team. The role involves participating in both the operations (RUN phase) and delivery (BUILD phase) of solutions to end customers. You'll work closely with Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, R&D department, and other DelOps members.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support for Cloud, On-Premises, and Hybrid services
• Design and implement system changes
• Maintain and enhance internal tools for service industrialization
• Provide technical guidance and lead optimization of service reliability, performance, and security
• Participate in 24/7 shift rotation
• Install and configure solutions on hardware or VMware
• Integrate solutions at customer sites or hosted environments
• Write technical documentation and Operation and Maintenance Guides
• Execute acceptance test plans with customers

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science, Telecom, or related discipline
• 3-5 years of experience in a similar position
• Strong Linux experience with command proficiency
• Scripting skills in Shell, Python, or Perl
• Knowledge of networking, SQL, Apache, and SSL certificates
• Experience with various tools including Linux/SUN Solaris OS, Unix/Shell scripts, monitoring tools, cloud platforms, and version control systems
