Systems Engineer (Rockwell and Schneider PLC programming)

Brixio is seeking an experienced Systems Engineer with expertise in Rockwell and Schneider PLC programming to join their dynamic team. This role is pivotal in implementing and supporting automation and integration projects across various industries such as Dairy, Food and Beverage, Water, and general manufacturing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently implement and support automation and integration projects
• Stay abreast of new technologies and integrate them into projects
• Assist in securing and managing projects within budget constraints
• Provide design and costing details for project contracts
• Travel within New Zealand and potentially internationally as required
• Manage assigned projects to ensure timely completion and client satisfaction
• Provide quality service, adhering to safety and operational procedures
• Mentor and train less experienced staff, fostering knowledge transfer
• Maintain strong relationships with customers and suppliers

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with WW InTouch, Systems Platform, Ignition, RA FTView, or GE IFIX HMI. A strong understanding of MES and industrial networking is required. This role offers the opportunity to work at the forefront of technology, applying new systems and techniques to enhance projects.

The position is based in New Zealand and requires travel within the country, with potential for international travel. The Systems Engineer will report to the Group Manager – Projects or Group Manager - Services.
