Broadcom Inc has an opening for a Field Sales Engineer (FSE) to drive demand creation and revenue goals for Optocouplers, LEDs, Industrial Fiber and Motion Control Encoder products across the Western United States. The FSE will be responsible for cultivating new and existing customers across the entire Western United States area.

The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's of Science (preferably in Electrical Engineering) and 8+ years semiconductor sales experience. Experience in the industrial, Automotive, Robotic or medical market space is preferred. Broadcom is looking for highly motivated candidates with excellent communication skills who can effectively interface with customers, product divisions, and senior sales management.
Broadcom offers a competitive compensation package, including a base salary plus sales incentive commission, with On Target Earnings (OTE) ranging from $148,000 to $236,000. The position is also eligible for equity awards.
