Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an experienced Analog Mixed-Signal Design Engineer for their San Jose location. This role offers a competitive salary range of $119,000 - $190,000 with comprehensive benefits.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with a BS degree (or equivalent experience with MS/PhD) in Electrical or Computer Engineering, specializing in analog mixed-signal IC Design for high-speed data center networking. You'll work with cutting-edge CMOS technologies (7nm, 5nm, 3nm) and be responsible for designing low jitter, low power PLL, DLL, ILO, VCO, and clocking circuitry.

Key responsibilities include managing design flows, EDA integration, and working with foundry PDK. You'll need deep understanding of analog mixed-signal fundamentals, advanced clock distribution techniques, and experience with electromagnetic tools like EMX. The role requires strong technical expertise combined with excellent communication and leadership skills.
