Responsibilities For Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer
- Design, implement and verify analog/mixed-signal circuits
- Provide guidance on physical design
- Create documentation including design guides, verification plans, audit reports, design reviews
- Work with design, verification, modeling and physical design engineers
- Provide support to validation and test engineers post silicon
Requirements For Analog/Mixed Signal Design Engineer
- BS in Computer Engineering or Electrical Engineering and 8+ years of experience or MS with 6+ years of experience
- Familiarity with design concepts and architectures for complex analog and mixed-signal circuits
- Understanding of analog and mixed-signal design flows
- Experience with low noise, high speed analog circuit design
- Experience with simulation using Cadence or related tools
- Experience with physical design and extraction
- Experience with developing models for analog circuits
- Strong analytical/debugging skills
- Ability to work independently and with team members local or remote
