Application Support Engineer

Broadcom is seeking an experienced Application Support Engineer for their VeloCloud SD-WAN team. This role combines application support, web application debugging, and database systems expertise to help elite customers troubleshoot and resolve challenges. The position requires working with a globally distributed team of highly competent engineers, focusing on customer satisfaction through technical problem-solving and issue resolution. The role involves working with various technologies including Linux, REST APIs, MySQL, and cloud services, while maintaining strong customer service orientation. The schedule is Monday through Friday with occasional weekend or overnight hours and on-call responsibilities.
