Responsibilities For ASIC Design Engineer
- Participate in large complex design implementations using latest technology nodes
- Lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team
- Participate and drive peer reviews to ensure quality requirements
- Work with customers and design teams across multiple geographies
Requirements For ASIC Design Engineer
- Bachelors in Electrical Engineering/related field and 15+ years of experience, or
- Masters degree in Electrical Engineering/related field and 13+ years of experience, or
- PhD in Electrical Engineering/related field and 10+ years of experience
- Expertise in 2.5D/3D construction, floorplanning, chiplets, stacking
- Experience with place and route, clock methodology, power planning and analysis
- Knowledge of timing closure, signal integrity and physical design checks
- Expertise in multiple EDA vendor solutions
