ASIC Implementation Engineer

Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an experienced ASIC Implementation Engineer to join their team in the San Francisco Bay Area. This role represents an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology nodes (2nm, 3nm, 5nm) and contribute to complex chip design implementations.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 12+ years of experience in ASIC implementation, bringing expertise in multiple disciplines including floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, and power planning. You'll be working with state-of-the-art EDA tools and technologies, particularly focusing on DRC/LVS Calibre tools and complex manufacturing rules interpretation.

As an ASIC Implementation Engineer, you'll lead critical aspects of design closure while collaborating with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies. The role offers significant autonomy, expecting you to exercise judgment in selecting methods and techniques for complex technical projects with minimal supervision.

The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $141,000 to $225,000 in base salary, complemented by a discretionary annual bonus and equity compensation.
