ASIC Implementation Engineer

Broadcom is seeking an ASIC Implementation Engineer with expertise in multiple disciplines including synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, power planning and analysis, timing closure, STA, signal integrity and physical design checks. The ideal candidate will participate in large complex design implementations using the latest technology nodes, lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team, and have expertise in multiple EDA vendor solutions.

Key responsibilities include:

• Participating in and driving peer reviews to ensure all quality requirements are met
• Working with customers and design teams across multiple geographies
• Completing tasks with little supervision and leading projects
• Setting direction for other project members

The role requires:

• Minimum 8 years of related ASIC implementation experience
• BS degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering (post-graduate degree desirable)
• Ability to work on complex technical projects
• Exercise judgment in selecting methods, techniques, and evaluation criteria

Broadcom offers competitive compensation and benefits, including:

• Annual base salary range: $119,000 - $190,000
