ASIC Implementation Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an ASIC Implementation Engineer to join their Design Implementation team. This role is part of the ASIC Products Division, where you'll work on creating CMOS ASICs for cutting-edge AI, Machine Learning, Wireless, Networking, Computing, and Storage products.

The position offers hands-on experience in taking innovative integrated circuit designs from concept through product release. As a member of the ASIC design team, you'll be responsible for various aspects of physical ASIC design, including floor planning, routing, timing analysis, and integration of critical components.

The role requires strong technical expertise in ASIC design and implementation, with responsibilities spanning from customer communication to physical verification. You'll work with cross-functional teams, handle complex standard cell custom blocks, and manage design tradeoffs for power, area, and speed optimization.

Candidates should possess either a Bachelor's degree with 2 years of experience or a Master's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering. The position demands excellent critical thinking and communication skills, along with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.

The compensation package is competitive, ranging from $81,000 to $130,000 annually, with additional benefits including medical, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) matching, equity compensation, and various other perks.
