Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an experienced ASIC Implementation Engineer to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge technology implementations using the latest nodes. The position requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience who can lead complex design implementations and work across multiple disciplines.
The role involves working with synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route, clock methodology, power planning and analysis, timing closure, signal integrity, and physical design checks. You'll be expected to lead projects, mentor team members, and work collaboratively with customers and design teams globally.
The position offers a competitive compensation package ranging from $163,000 to $260,000 annually, plus discretionary bonus and equity opportunities. Broadcom provides comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision insurance, 401(k) with company matching, ESPP, and various leave benefits.

Responsibilities For ASIC IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER
- Participate in large complex design implementations using latest technology nodes
- Lead one or more disciplines in design closure as part of the design team
- Participate and drive peer reviews to ensure quality requirements
- Work with customers and design teams across multiple geographies
- Complete tasks with little supervision
- Lead projects and set direction for other project members
Requirements For ASIC IMPLEMENTATION ENGINEER
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 15+ years of ASIC implementation experience
- Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or Computer Engineering and 13+ years of ASIC implementation experience
- Expertise in synthesis, design for test, floorplanning, place and route
- Knowledge of clock methodology, power planning and analysis
- Experience in timing closure, signal integrity and physical design checks
- Expertise in multiple EDA vendor solutions
