Cloud Solution Architect

Join Broadcom/VMware as a Cloud Solution Architect in a role that combines technical expertise with business strategy. You'll work with Fortune 500 companies and major service providers across Japan, helping them develop and implement cloud solutions based on VMware technologies. The position offers a collaborative environment within an experienced APAC team, reporting to the Director of Cloud Solution Architecture in Singapore.

You'll be responsible for driving VMware's cloud adoption through technical leadership, partner enablement, and strategic guidance. The role involves working with top Partner Executives across Japan, providing architectural guidance, and ensuring successful implementation of VMware Cloud solutions, particularly VCF (VMware Cloud Foundation).

The ideal candidate combines deep technical knowledge with business acumen, possessing both Japanese and English business-level proficiency. You'll be part of a culture that values trust, continuous development through coaching, and community service. The position offers flexibility with a hybrid work arrangement based out of the Tokyo office.

Success in this role means becoming a trusted advisor to cloud partners, driving technical closures for new service creation, and influencing industry standards. You'll work across multiple teams including Systems Engineers, Product Specialists, Professional Services, and Channel Management to deliver comprehensive cloud solutions.
