The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or equivalent combination with advanced degrees) and will be responsible for managing complex design processes, including tape out activities, verification, and validation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Central Engineering, and Design to ensure product excellence.

Key responsibilities include reviewing performance requirements, disseminating process development information, driving foundry device design, and managing technical data for design purposes. You'll also handle critical tasks such as product tape out, design rule verification, and resolving prototype lot issues.
