Broadcom's Enterprise End-user Services (EES) organization is seeking a Device Management and Client Services Solutions Engineer to join their technology-forward team. This role combines device management expertise with client services solutions engineering, focusing on developing and improving solutions for deploying, managing, and supporting end-user devices across a global enterprise environment.

The position offers an opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology in a Cloud First environment, managing device security, policy implementation, and system integrations through the WorkspaceOne platform. Responsibilities For Device Management and Client Services Solutions Engineer

  • Manage and support end user device management service using Omnissa WorkSpaceONE platform
  • Globally manage all endpoints (Windows, Mac, iOS, Android) including security, policy, and patch management
  • Provide daily, weekly and monthly reporting on device enrollments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve device enrollment issues
  • Develop end user facing communications
  • Manage PC client imaging and deployment solutions
  • Provide technical support for Service Desk and global client support staff
  • Perform weekly reviews of service desk top ticket drivers
  • Work with communications team to develop materials for critical experience changes

Requirements For Device Management and Client Services Solutions Engineer

Linux
  • Degree in Information Technology or Engineering
  • Minimum 3 years IT Support experience
  • At least 2 years experience with device management concepts
  • Deep knowledge of the WorkspaceOne platform
  • Experience with API management and integration
  • Knowledge of Active Directory and SSO solutions
  • Strong understanding of DHCP, DNS, and network configurations
  • Experience with Windows and Mac operating systems
  • Ability to work in a global team environment
  • Strong communication and documentation skills
