Broadcom ASIC Product Division is seeking a DFT and STA Design Automation Senior Manager to lead their technical team. This role combines technical expertise with leadership, requiring 15+ years of experience with 5+ years in management. The position involves leading a team responsible for STA and DFT flows that enable ASIC design teams. The role requires deep knowledge of CMOS digital/analog circuits, programming skills in C, Shell scripting, Python/Ruby, and expertise in CAD/EDA tools. The position offers competitive compensation ($146,000-$234,000) plus bonus and equity, along with comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For DFT & STA Design Automation Senior Manager
- Lead a highly skilled team of engineers that own and provide the STA and DFT flows
- Integrating commercial EDA tools and configurations into proprietary design platform
- Develop and support proprietary EDA tools for high performance IP and ASIC circuit design
Requirements For DFT & STA Design Automation Senior Manager
- Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science
- Minimum of 15 years of overall experience
- Minimum of 5 years in management
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
- Good communication & teamwork skills
- Strong leadership skills
