DFT Engineer

Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a Senior DFT Engineer to join their CSG division. This role presents an exciting opportunity to work on cutting-edge network switching ASIC technology, focusing on Design for Test/debug & manufacturability (DFx).

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience who will take the lead on complex DFx implementations from architecture through to ATE pattern bringup. The ideal candidate will drive innovation in testability, debug, and quality optimization, while maintaining a focus on cost-effective solutions and low DPPM rates.

Key responsibilities include driving product test quality throughout the entire design-to-production lifecycle, participating in silicon bring-up and characterization, and implementing various DFx features. The role demands expertise in testability techniques, including SCAN, Built-in-Self-Tests, and Loop-Backs, along with proficiency in industry-standard tools like Mentor/Siemens DFT Tessent and Cadence DFT tools.

The compensation package is highly competitive, ranging from $119,000 to $190,000 annually, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision coverage, 401(k) with company matching, equity participation through ESPP, and various other perks.
