DFT Staff Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a DFT Staff Engineer for their ASIC Product Division. This role focuses on System-on-Chip Design-for-Test activities, requiring expertise in DFT architecture, test insertion, verification, and post-silicon debugging. The position demands a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience who can work independently while leading team members.

The role involves working with cutting-edge semiconductor technology, particularly in DFT-related activities. You'll be responsible for ensuring product test metrics are met through various phases of development, from architecture to post-silicon debugging. The position offers the opportunity to work with cross-functional teams across multiple geographies and interact directly with external customers.

The ideal candidate should possess deep technical knowledge in DFT concepts, including ATPG, MBIST & IJTAG, combined with strong problem-solving abilities. Experience with Mentor Graphics DFT tools is highly valued.
