Description For End-User Sales Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an End-User Sales Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for selling Broadcom's Software Defined Edge (SDE) product portfolio to Singtel Group in the APAC region. The successful candidate will manage and drive a business responsibility of $6M+ and represent Broadcom to customers, developing market and account strategies to drive growth.

Key responsibilities include defining and executing business plans, developing trusted relationships with key contacts, creating compelling growth strategies, and achieving quarterly sales goals. The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of sales experience in the telco industry, in-depth knowledge of Service Provider Network and EDGE technologies, and an existing network in APAC Service Provider accounts.

Responsibilities For End-User Sales Engineer

  • Definition and execution of business plan to drive the SDE business in Singtel group
  • Develop a trusted network and establish relationship with key contacts at assigned accounts
  • Create a compelling business growth strategy in the assigned accounts and markets
  • Demand creation and execution of account penetration sales strategy
  • Manage and engage all relevant stakeholders to identify, cultivate and convert new business opportunities
  • Achieve quarterly sales goals in line with corporate targets
  • Interact seamlessly and collaboratively across all disciplines within the company

Requirements For End-User Sales Engineer

Linux
  • 10-15 years sales experience in telco industry
  • In-depth knowledge of Service Provider Network and EDGE technologies
  • Existing network in the APAC Service Provider accounts
  • Experience in working with multinational accounts
  • Can cope with change, proactive, fast learner, ability to work under stress, and results oriented
  • Problem solving skills: Understand the nature of the challenges and be able to propose accurate solutions and can-do negotiation
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
