Responsibilities For Fab Quality Engineer
- Identify and drive quality systems improvements while maintaining high quality procedures
- Lead weekly Quality meetings and assist with process changes
- Validate proposed changes and non-conformances in the fab
- Drive organizational accountability to policies and procedures
- Align with Quality Management System team for organizational changes
- Identify training needs for quality concepts
- Lead Electronic Quality Management System evolution
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams
Requirements For Fab Quality Engineer
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 12+ years of related experience or Master's with 10+ years or PhD with 7+ years
- Experience implementing Electronic Quality Management Systems
- Basic programming skills in JMP scripting language (JSL), SQL, Apps Script(JavaScript)
- Experience with data analysis tools like JMP and Spotfire
- Familiarity with workflow systems like Atlassian Confluence
- Quality certifications preferred (CQE and CMQ/OE)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong project management skills
- Data analysis and presentation skills
- Strong attention to detail
