Responsibilities For Facility Manager
- Leading Northern Europe portfolio operations
- Delivering day to day building operations
- Third party contract management
- Capital/expense project management
- Strategic planning and key stakeholder interface
- Financial budgeting and forecasting
- Managing and overseeing department budget
- Leading Hospitality Teams, EH&S, Physical Security, Occupancy Planning
- Leasing Administration and Procurement management
Requirements For Facility Manager
- Bachelor's degree preferred but not required
- English fluency including ability to read, write and present
- Proven leadership of third party O&M Facility engineering providers
- Excellent communications and organizational skills
- Advanced project management skills
- Experience in financial management
- Facility/Project Management certification preferred
- Advanced Engineering (Mechanical or Electrical) Degree preferred
- Working knowledge of architectural, electrical, and mechanical systems
- Experience with M&A activity and production/fab environments highly desired
