Description For Global Partner Technical Enablement Lead

Broadcom is seeking a Global Partner Technical Enablement Lead to drive their VCF Division's strategy across all Routes-To-Market (RTM). This senior-level position is responsible for executing the strategy, programs, enablement, and Go-to-Market activation mission globally. The role focuses on driving Partner sales & technical capabilities to ensure VCF growth and customer satisfaction.

The position offers a competitive compensation package including a base salary range of $103,000 - $182,000, along with discretionary annual bonuses and equity opportunities. The ideal candidate will have 12+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree (or 10+ years with a Master's), preferably in a matrixed sales and partner organization.   • Own the development, updating of the global strategic partner technical enablement plan by Geo
  • Codify and evangelize best practices to enhance customer outcomes
  • Ensure Partner teams are fully equipped and prepared to execute GTM strategies
  • Track and measure the success of enablement programs and tools
  • Develop and execute a structured framework for streamlined operations
  • Lead the strategic development, orchestration and successful launch of programmatic sales plays
  • Collaborate with field sales and engineering leadership teams

Requirements For Global Partner Technical Enablement Lead

  • Bachelors Degree and 12+ years work experience or Masters Degree and 10+ years work experience
  • Strong communication and influence management skills
  • Proven experience in developing and executing global enablement strategies
  • Demonstrated ability to codify and implement best practices
