IC Design Engineer

Broadcom is seeking an IC Design Engineer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Analog IC design with experience in SOI CMOS, bulk CMOS, and SiGe technologies. The role requires deep understanding of analog control and bias circuits, device modeling, and operational amplifiers. The engineer will work on high-speed, low-power consumption designs, utilizing tools such as Cadence Spectre, BDA, and ADS. Layout experience using Cadence flow is essential. The position offers an opportunity to work on varied types of Analog front-end systems, from concept to IC design. The role is based in Korea, and fluency in both English and Korean is required. Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop Analog IC using various technologies
• Work on analog control and bias circuits
• Perform device modeling, including noise parameters and operation function modeling
• Design high-speed, low-power consumption operational amplifiers and power LDO & charge-pump & programmable gain D/A
• Use simulation tools like Cadence Spectre, BDA, and ADS
• Collaborate with CAD engineers on RF and analog layouts
• Contribute to Analog front-end system development

Requirements:

• BSEE with 6 years of experience (MSEE/Ph.D. preferred)
• Proven experience in Analog IC design
• Deep understanding of analog circuits, device modeling, and operational amplifiers
• Proficiency in Cadence tools and layout experience
• Strong communication skills in both English and Korean
• Ability to work on-site in Korea
