Responsibilities For Industrial Engineer
- Utilize statistical techniques and AI to analyze large datasets from semiconductor manufacturing processes
- Develop predictive models to forecast equipment failure, process deviations, product cycletime and yield improvements
- Collaborate with fab engineers and management to identify key performance indicators
- Implement advanced analytics techniques to improve process stability
- Analyze and identify sources of variation to improve equipment performance and throughput
- Design and implement data-driven solutions for identifying defects and anomalies
- Develop algorithms to detect patterns in manufacturing data
- Integrate data from various sources to create unified datasets for analysis
- Visualize data insights through dashboards and reports
Requirements For Industrial Engineer
- Bachelors degree and 8+ years of related experience or Master degree and 6+ years of related experience
- Advanced degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Proven experience in data analysis and statistical modeling including JMP or Tableau
- Familiarity with electronics manufacturing, semiconductor manufacturing processes
- High level proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Javascript, JMP, SQL
- Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex data sets
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
