LNA Design Engineer

This role requires a seasoned professional with at least 7 years of experience and a strong educational background in electrical engineering. The position focuses on designing and developing Low Noise Amplifiers (LNA) using various technologies including SOI CMOS, bulk CMOS, and SiGe.

The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in RF device modeling, analog circuits, and advanced simulation tools. You'll work with cutting-edge technology and be responsible for complex circuit designs, requiring profound understanding of device noise parameters and inductor modeling. The role involves collaboration with CAD engineers and requires expertise in layout design using Cadence flow.
