The position offers a competitive base salary range of $111,000-$178,000 plus bonuses and equity opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of experience and a strong background in cybersecurity marketing. They will be responsible for campaign optimization, performance analytics, and cross-functional collaboration with various teams.

Responsibilities For Marketing Operations Manager
- Oversee and optimize Eloqua marketing automation, including campaign setup, segmentation, lead scoring, and nurture programs
- Design, implement, and track global partner enablement campaigns
- Monitor and analyze campaign performance
- Establish and refine marketing operations processes
- Ensure data hygiene, lead management, and compliance with privacy regulations
- Work closely with partner marketing, demand generation, sales, and IT teams
- Manage integrations between Eloqua and CRM
- Conduct A/B testing on email campaigns, landing pages, and automation workflows
- Develop and maintain dashboards for campaign effectiveness
- Educate internal teams on Eloqua best practices
