Responsibilities For Memory Validation Lab Engineer
- Configure lab and test equipment for computer controlled data acquisition system
- Operate test equipment including power supplies, DMM, Oscilloscope
- Create, modify and debug memory test software using Python programming language
- Conduct memory testing, collect and organize data
- Perform data analysis using Python scripts, spreadsheets and other analysis tools
- Document test procedures, summarize and communicate test results to memory design team
Requirements For Memory Validation Lab Engineer
- BS in electrical or computer engineering, and 2+ years of related experience or a MS in electrical or computer engineering
- Skills in Python programming (preferred), perl or tcl
- Familiarity with modern memory architecture and design concepts
- Good understanding of transistor level circuit behavior
- Linux and shell scripting skills
- Understanding of memory failure modes and statistical analysis
- Knowledge of CMOS fabrication methods, digital circuits and device physics
- Good communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Motivated, self-driven and detailed oriented, can multi-task and work within deadlines
