NPI Test Dev. Engineer

Broadcom is seeking an NPI Test Dev. Engineer to join their team. This role is responsible for NPI bring-up, Test Development, and Proto execution. The ideal candidate will develop hardware and test programs in C++/Java using the Advantest 93K platform. Knowledge of high power and high-speed devices test development is required, along with hands-on experience in high-speed SERDES interfaces and debugging large silicon.

Key Responsibilities:

• NPI bring-up, Test Development, and Proto execution
• Develop hardware and test programs in C++/Java using Advantest 93K platform
• Work with high power and high-speed devices
• Debug large silicon

Requirements:

• BS degree with 8+ years of experience in ATE, or MS degree with 6+ years of experience
• Proficiency in C++/Java programming
• Experience with Advantest 93K platform
• Knowledge of high power and high-speed devices test development
• Hands-on experience in high-speed SERDES interfaces

Broadcom offers a competitive compensation package, including:

• Annual base salary range: $119,000 - $190,000
