This senior-level position offers a competitive salary range of $107,000 - $171,000 plus comprehensive benefits. Responsibilities For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer
- Provide technical leadership in identifying, evaluating, improving and maintaining equipment
- Equipment engineering ownership for various platforms
- New equipment selection, acceptance and start-up
- Develop and implement preventative, predictive and high precision maintenance procedures
- Collaborate with Process Engineering and R&D
- Yield, quality and cost improvements to existing unit processes
- Development and characterization of robust solutions
- Experimental design and data analysis
- Establish project objectives and schedules
- Implement robust monitoring methodologies
Requirements For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer
- BS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry and 8+ years of experience, or MS with 6+ years experience
- Expertise in photolithography
- Proficiency in photolithography tools, especially TEL_ACT8 and PAS5500 equipment
- Expertise in engineering fundamentals for fab processing
- Understanding of silicon based MEMS devices applications
- Strong Statistical Process Control skills
- Experience with JMP, Minitab, Spotfire and Excel/Access
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Excellent ownership, initiative and communication skills
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
