Broadcom Limited's Wireless Semiconductor Division (WSD) is seeking a Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer for their high-volume Si MEMS production facilities in Northern Colorado. This role combines technical leadership with hands-on engineering, focusing on advanced process development and equipment optimization. Responsibilities For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer

  • Provide technical leadership in identifying, evaluating, improving and maintaining equipment
  • Equipment engineering ownership for various platforms
  • New equipment selection, acceptance and start-up
  • Develop and implement maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering and R&D
  • Yield, quality and cost improvements
  • Experimental design and data analysis
  • Implement robust monitoring methodologies
  • Work with peers to establish project objectives and schedules

Requirements For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer

  • BS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry and 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years experience
  • Expertise in photolithography - not an entry level position
  • Proficiency in photolithography tools, especially TEL_ACT8 and PAS5500 equipment
  • Expertise in engineering fundamentals for fab processing
  • Understanding of silicon based MEMS devices applications
  • Strong statistical process control skills
  • Experience with data analysis tools (JMP, Minitab, Spotfire, Excel/Access)
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
