Responsibilities For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer

  • Provide technical leadership in identifying, evaluating, improving and maintaining equipment
  • Equipment engineering ownership for various platforms
  • New equipment selection, acceptance and start-up
  • Develop and implement preventative, predictive and maintenance procedures
  • Collaborate with Process Engineering and R&D
  • Yield, quality and cost improvements to existing unit processes
  • Development and characterization of robust solutions
  • Experimental design and data analysis
  • Establish project objectives, schedules and resource profiles
  • Implement robust monitoring methodologies

Requirements For Photolithography Equipment and Process Engineer

  • BS in EE, ME, ChE, Materials Science, Physics or Chemistry and 5+ years of experience, or MS with 3+ years experience
  • Expertise in photolithography - not an entry level position
  • Proficiency in photolithography tools, especially TEL_ACT8 and PAS5500 equipment
  • Expertise in engineering fundamentals for fab processing
  • Understanding of silicon based MEMS devices applications
  • Strong statistical process control knowledge
  • Data analysis skills using JMP, Minitab, Spotfire and Excel/Access
  • Strong troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent ownership, initiative and communication skills
  • Must have legal right to work in the US
