R&D Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking an R&D Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This role focuses on chip-level design and analysis, combining hardware and software expertise. The position involves working with cutting-edge technologies in semiconductor design, particularly in power integrity and signal analysis.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting complex analyses including Static/Dynamic sign-offs, power grid implementations, and system-level PDN analysis. You'll work closely with SoC and packaging teams, contributing to bump assignment and package routing optimization. This role offers an opportunity to work with advanced tools like RedHawk/RHSC/Voltus/PDN and requires programming skills in Perl, TCL, and Python.

The position demands a strong educational background in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or Electronics Communication, combined with practical experience in semiconductor design tools and methodologies.
