Responsibilities For R&D Test Engineer
- Lead the design and development of reliability Op-Life test system (mixed signal, RF & DC) based on customer specifications and requirements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (R&D, NPI, QRE, GO) to execute tasks effectively & efficiently
- Work with QRE team to assess and verify reliability test setups
- Create test design documentation including test instructions, specifications, drawings, and verification plans
- Generate test software in LabVIEW/Agilent VEE/C#/Python as required
- Contribute to process and work efficiency improvement initiatives
- Set up reliability test setups with various RF/DC equipment and accessories
- Develop automated applications for streamlining reliability monitoring activities
- Ensure proper calibration and operation of tools and instruments
- Perform other work-related duties as assigned
Requirements For R&D Test Engineer
- Bachelor's Degree, Professional Degree, or Master's Degree in Engineering (Electronics/Electrical), Computer Engineering, Computer Science or equivalent
- Design and application experience of RF/DC test equipment
- Knowledge in LabView, C#, Agilent VEE, and Python
- Experience in PCB design for reliability stress (advantage)
- Good understanding of RF components and associated applications
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and a team player
- Thorough command of the English language
