Senior Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a Senior Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This role focuses on leading and executing layout design of SRAM/CAM/RF compiler memories in advanced technology nodes. The position requires expertise in memory architecture, pitched layout concepts, and floor planning.

As a Senior Engineer, you'll be responsible for developing key building blocks of memory architecture, including Row Decoder, IO, and Control components. You'll work with cutting-edge technology in 5/3/2 FF nodes and handle compiler level integration and verification of memories. The role demands strong knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes and experience with industry-standard EDA tools.
