Responsibilities For Staff Hardware System Design Engineer
- Lead the development of complex PCB system designs, from specification to compliance testing
- Drive the implementation of high-speed SERDES channels and high-density BGA pin layouts
- Oversee the design and implementation of high-power, low-noise analog power systems, DDR interfaces
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ASIC, SI, PI, DVT, Sysops, Software, AE, and Mechanical/Thermal
- Provide technical leadership and support to ODMs, OEMs, and PCB/PCA suppliers
- Utilize advanced tools for signal integrity and power integrity analysis
Requirements For Staff Hardware System Design Engineer
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- 8+ years of proven experience as a Hardware Systems Design Engineer
- Expertise in PCB design tools such as DxDesigner/OrCad and Cadence Allegro
- Strong understanding of power integrity concepts and signal integrity principles
- Proficiency in system bring-up, characterization, and debugging of complex embedded systems
- Familiarity with interfaces such as PCIe, DDR, USB, SPI, and I2C
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
