Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a Solutions Architect with expertise in AVI (Application Delivery) and vDefend Firewall technologies for their LATAM team. This role requires 12+ years of pre-sales experience, with deep knowledge in Load Balancing and Security. The position demands strong technical expertise in various security technologies, including DDoS Protection, NDR, and IDPS, along with experience in modern infrastructure tools like Kubernetes and automation frameworks.
The ideal candidate will lead complex solution designs, deliver technical presentations, and serve as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients. Spanish fluency is mandatory for effective communication across the LATAM region. The role combines technical leadership with client relationship management, requiring both deep technical knowledge and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities For Solution Architect
- Collaborate with sales teams to identify customer needs and create tailored solutions
- Lead the design and architecture of complex security and load balancing solutions
- Deliver technical presentations and demonstrations to customers
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Guide the development of high-level designs and architecture diagrams
- Work closely with product management, engineering, and support teams
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams and customers
Requirements For Solution Architect
- 12+ years of experience in pre-sales with focus on Load Balancing, Security, and Application Delivery
- Advanced expertise in Load Balancers and Firewall(L4, L7)
- Strong knowledge of security technologies including DDoS Protection, NDR, Malware Prevention, IDPS
- Experience with K8S, Tanzu and OpenShift
- Experience with automation frameworks like Ansible or Terraform
- Hands on experience with Hypervisors vSphere, KVM and Hyper-V
- Fluency in Spanish
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
- Relevant certifications in AVI Load Balancer, vDefend Firewall (CCIE, CISSP preferred)
