The position requires a seasoned professional with 15+ years of experience, combining technical expertise with strong business acumen. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the U.S. Department of Defense sector and hold a U.S. Government Secret clearance or above. This role offers a competitive salary range of $124,000 to $198,000, plus comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k) matching, and equity opportunities.
As a Solution Architect, you'll be responsible for building and maintaining strong client relationships, providing technical expertise during pre-sales, and creating actionable blueprints for customers. The role requires engaging with C-Level executives, collaborating with sales teams, and ensuring successful solution implementation. You'll work with some of the top domain experts and develop relationships with senior people in fortune 2000 customers.

- Drive adoption, growth and sales of solutions to existing customers
- Facilitate consultative sales discussions and address client concerns
- Build and maintain strong client relationships as trusted advisor
- Collaborate with sales team to provide technical expertise during pre-sales
- Engage with clients to gather technical requirements
- Create actionable, tactical blueprints for customers
- Direct Solution Engineer teams to align strategy with outcomes
- Engage and influence C-Level executives
- Produce compelling meeting content based on industry trends
- Maintain and share awareness through formal monthly reports
Requirements For Solution Architect - Public Sector
- Bachelor's degree with 15+ years experience or Master's degree with 13+ years experience
- Experience with Public Sector, specifically U.S. Department of Defense
- Currently hold U.S Government Secret clearance or above
- Customer-focused attitude with strong emphasis on building client relationships
- Results-oriented mindset with demonstrated ability to meet sales targets
- Excellent presentation skills for technical and executive-level stakeholders
- Must be highly motivated, self-starter with excellent organizational skills
- Understanding of Broadcom and competitor's solutions
- Willing to travel as necessary
