Staff Engineer

Broadcom, a global technology leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a Staff Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This role focuses on leading and executing layout design of SRAM/CAM/RF compiler memories in advanced technology nodes (N3P, N2P). The position requires deep expertise in memory architecture, including development of key building blocks such as Row Decoder, IO, and Control systems.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with pitched layout concepts, floor planning for Placement, Power and Global Routing, while maintaining a strong understanding of EM/IR requirements. They will be involved in compiler level integration and verification of Compiler/Custom memories, requiring extensive knowledge of CMOS fabrication processes and experience with industry-standard EDA tools.
