Requirements For Senior Technical Support Engineer - Mainframe

Linux
  • Bachelor's Degree or global equivalent in Computer Science or related discipline
  • 5+ years of related professional experience in a Mainframe environment
  • Experience in Software Support or Systems Programming
  • Knowledge of z/OS, Unix, ACF2, Top Secret, CICS
  • Strong communication skills; written, verbal and social media
  • Proven customer service skills
  • Technical and team leadership skills
  • Must have legal right to work in the US
