Responsibilities For Staff Technical Writer 4
- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other writers to create and revise technical content
- Write for new and experienced operators and administrators in the security space
- Research writing assignments using various sources including specifications and product requirements
- Ensure compliance with documentation styles and standards
- Work as part of a distributed, global team
- Collaborate with other writing teams to develop comprehensive user documentation
- Develop technical documentation using DITA tools
Requirements For Staff Technical Writer 4
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong knowledge of technical writing fundamentals and industry standard writing styles
- Ability to learn complex concepts quickly
- Strong logical reasoning and problem-solving skills
- Detail-oriented with high sense of responsibility
- Self-motivated with ability to work independently
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledge of DITA standards and best practices
- B.A./B.S. in Technical Discipline or English/Technical Communications with 8+ years experience OR Masters with 6+ years experience
