Standard Cell Library Design Engineer

Broadcom's Central Engineering Group is seeking a Standard Cell Library Design Engineer to join their Foundation IP team. This role is crucial in powering Broadcom's leading silicon product families. The position involves designing and developing standard cell library foundation IP, working at the transistor level, and ensuring quality deliverables.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in digital or mixed-signal circuit design, with understanding of modern process nodes like FinFet and RibbonFet/GAA. You'll be working with industry-standard EDA models and tools, requiring knowledge of verilog, lef, and .lib formats. Experience with Virtuoso, Cadence Skill programming, and scripting languages is highly valued.
