System Level Test Development Engineer

Broadcom, a global leader in semiconductor and infrastructure software solutions, is seeking a Senior System Level Test Development Engineer for their Allentown Development Center. This role is part of the DFT team, focusing on system level test development, production deployment, and test solution robustness.

The position requires a seasoned professional with 8+ years of experience (or 6+ with a Master's degree) in system level test and diagnosis, along with hands-on Si validation experience. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting key customers with system level test development and helping diagnose and isolate failures to improve test coverage.

Key responsibilities include developing diagnostic data collection plans, understanding APD IP test approaches, and leading technical discussions with customers.
