Responsibilities For System Signal/Power Integrity Engineer

  • Support high data rate SerDes applications - up to 112Gbps NRZ and 224G PAM4 systems
  • System level Signal and Power Integrity design trade-offs and debug
  • Collaborate with package, PCB, and silicon designers
  • Develop models with electromagnetic field solvers
  • Evaluate system, PCB and package material and connector solutions
  • Simulate schematic models and environments within Keysight ADS
  • Perform and develop VNA/TDR measurement techniques
  • Capture high fidelity lab measurements
  • Document and deliver SI models with supporting documentation
  • Support customer analysis and debug efforts

Requirements For System Signal/Power Integrity Engineer

Linux
  • BS +8yrs, MS +6 yrs or PhD +3yrs in Electrical Engineering or Physics
  • Experience in signal integrity for high-speed digital applications
  • Knowledge of electromagnetic transmission line theory
  • Understanding of microwave theory
  • Experience with numerical field solver theory
  • Knowledge of power integrity
  • Experience with IC package design
  • Understanding of photonics
