Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for their VMware Cloud Foundation solution. This role combines technical expertise with customer success, focusing on helping enterprise customers achieve their business objectives through technology adoption. The TAM will work remotely, managing customer relationships and driving value realization across the entire customer journey.

The position requires deep technical knowledge of VMware Cloud Foundation solutions, including SDDC, NSX Networking, and Aria Operations. You'll be responsible for creating success plans, delivering technology roadmaps, and providing solution guidance to optimize customer operations. The role involves regular interaction with enterprise customers and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
