Technical Adoption Manager

Broadcom is seeking a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) to serve as a trusted advisor for enterprise customers implementing VMware Cloud Foundation (VCF) solutions. The position involves working closely with enterprise customers to optimize their VCF environments, including components like vSphere, vSAN, NSX, and Aria Suite. As a TAM, you'll be responsible for developing customer roadmaps, conducting technical assessments, and ensuring successful adoption of VMware technologies. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience with virtualization, SDDC networking, and enterprise cloud environments. You'll work remotely from the Western United States, with up to 30% travel required for client visits and events. The position offers competitive compensation ($103,000 - $182,000) plus bonus and equity opportunities.
