Technical Adoption Manager

As a Technical Adoption Manager (TAM) at Broadcom, you will serve as a trusted advisor, driving a cross-functional, unified customer experience using your technical, communication, and collaboration skills to help customers achieve their full potential through the consumption and adoption of VMware Cloud Foundation. You will guide enterprise customers by enabling them to rapidly and successfully onboard, consume, adopt and realize business value across the entire customer journey.

Key responsibilities include:

• Creating long-term relationships with assigned customers
• Understanding customer's technical and business goals
• Providing meaningful insights to drive holistic customer strategies
• Completing technology assessments, roadmap reviews, and deployment guidance
• Identifying customer use cases and opportunities for further adoption
• Presenting achievements and customer progress in quarterly Business Reviews
• Communicating key topics of VMware by Broadcom's solutions across all customer levels

The role requires:

• 12+ years of related work experience
• Strong business acumen and technical skills
• Experience with VMware Cloud Foundation and its component solutions
• Ability to communicate effectively with CxO level personnel
• Collaboration with multi-functional Broadcom project teams
• Bachelor's degree preferred (equivalent experience may be considered)

This is a remote position based in or near Texas, with up to 30% regional travel required. The annual base salary range is $103,000 - $164,000, with eligibility for discretionary annual bonus and equity.
